Used for about 1 week and this lens is even better than expected. Probably the most useful lens in the Canon line-up. The third 'L' series lens I've owned and this would be last one I would give up. Bright, clear and super contrast at all lenghts. A little heavy but easy to control with the IS. A very good 'one only' lens if you don't need wide angle.

The best lens you can get in 70-200mm

Too expensive for most, but when your house is burning down, you will grab your pictures. This lens can help you get the pictures you cherish most. If you only shoot in auto, or you are not obsessive abut your images, don't spend the money, you probablywon't miss a thing. It's a pro lens and it's the best in this category, but it can't do what you don't let it.
