I go through mp3 players easily - I'm already on to my 5th or 6th one! I just bought this about two weeks ago. As soon as I saw this page, I knew I had to try it out. It's a pretty light device, about the size of your palm. I figured it out very easily. Icurrently have about 500 songs on it, as well as 40 pictures and five videos. The FM radio comes in very clear, and I have my contact numbers whenever I need to quickly see an address or phone number. The voice recorder comes in absolutely clear, and thevolume control is amazing. You can quickly go through songs with the side bar (lets you go to a letter A - Z) and I find it very helpful. It turns off and on quickly, and charges fairly quickly as well. It has an easy drag and drop music and picture feature when you don't have time to sync it. My only complaint is that it doesn't come with a case, so when you get it I suggest you buy one as well. It's worth the 80 dollars, and is better than the iPod in my opinion.

A month after I bought this product, I forgot it in my pocket. it went through an over night soak in soapy water and a regular washing. It worked after charging.

We love our Creative Labs Zen MP 3 player but it has the most confusing operating controls I have ever seen on a device of this type. As well the instructions for working the device seem no where to be found and even on the install CD they are confusing.
