I was looking for an Mp3 player for my visually impaired mother. Something that did not have a lot of bells and whistles. She learned how to operate this play in just a few minutes.

-It is very easy to down load audio books, etc

-Speaker quality not that great but use head phones and it sounds great.

-Before I purchased this item, I got in contact with Creative Labs via email and asked several questions, several times before I made my decision to purchase it. The response time in a return email was less than 24 hours, and this was also on a weekend. Made me feel they were there for me.

-Would highly recommend if not looking for extra features.
