I have gotten this for my son in Sept 07 and it's Nov. 07. I'm about to go back and get my 3rd one cause the unit is not working due to the screen or something tech issue.. Its will be playing then just stop and not turn on or turn off at all it just dead.. So It's not worth the price of 80 dollars more like 20. If it only works for 3-4 weeks then breaks..maybe its like 3rd one is the charm for the next one

I purchased this product for my daughter for Christmas. By Spring Break it stopped working. It just went dead. It won't charge at all. Pissed is not the word. However, I should have known better because I purchased another Creative Labs MP3 (Zen Nanno Plus) player and it was HORRIBLE! It would not play for more than 10 minutes before it would just go dead. I changed the batteries countless times and I spent too much time on their website looking for solutions and downloading the firmware. Dude, ijust want to plug and play without all the drama. So i got pissed and it is now collecting dust...just like this Zen V Plus. I will not buy another Creative product again!

this is so bad i had it and my old one was way better and it had no screen if u want to get this please dont it is so bad even for how much it is
