good mp3 player but after a month or two it freezes and I cant turn it off or restart it. Sent it in to creative 3 times took 3 months

The unit worked for 2 months then froze.I didn't do my homework when I bought it. I can't believe this company sells a unit that last a few months then goes down the tubes. Just stick a needle or paper clips in it, right. Just make a mp3 player that works! I still have walkman units that work over 10 years and I don't have to stick needles in it to unfreeze it. After this I wouldn't buy anything from a company like this.

I love how easy it is to use. The only down side is the battery is not lasting that long on a charge maybe 6 huors tops.
