Intel Viiv technology verified device: Connect to an Intel Viiv technology-based PC for the ultimate multimedia experience. Intel Viiv technology supports simple wired or wireless setup of the DSM-510 via Intel Hub Connect Technology—which also requires a verified router, streaming of your music, photo and video content, access to the Intel Viiv Zone online verified services and much more.

Network you entertainment center: Enjoy streaming digital media content over an existing network from a PC to a home entertainment center. Access music, photos and videos stored on a PC and play them on your television. Listen to high quality digital music on a stereo system, share digital photos with friends and family, and watch your favorite high-definition digital videos on a big screen HDTV.

High-definition video playback: The DSM-510 supports high-definition video in Windows Media® Video 9 (WMV9), MPEG-2, MPEG-44, and DVR-MS formats. Enjoy videos with resolutions up to 1080i for the best picture quality from your HDTV using an HDMI connection, or connect to standard televisions using Composite Video cables. A wired Ethernet connection is recommended for optimal video streaming.
