I was a little worried about the quality of this unit, but it doesn't sound too bad. It could have a little more of the bottom end, but it gets the job done. One cool feature is the remote has a menu and enter button allowing you to control the ipod menusand select different artists without ever touching the ipod.

The unit came with seven different adapters for the different generations, it didn't seem to work with my iPhone, but I may have been doing something wrong. The unit also has a rubber bottom the prevents rattling noise and keeps it from moving around when you crank it up.

On the back there is an audio input for other devices to use and it has a composite video output and a headphone jack.

I probably use this speaker system more than the 2 other more expensive but smaller dockable units that I purchased over the last year. I like that this unit is a no brainer, charges my Ipod very quickly, and that the remote is so simple to use. The soundis great with both my Ipod classic and 3G Nano. I have no problems blasting my music when I am cleaning, cooking, or when I have friends over. It was a little bigger than it looked in pictures, but still compact enough to carry around if I need to (although it seems to weigh a ton). I like the treble and bass options, although the equalizer function on my Ipod seems to give me better extra treble & bass sound when I need it.

For under a hundred bucks you cannot go wrong with this iPOD speaker system. It does a lot more than the higher priced ones that i looked at and even comes with a remote that ALSO controls your iPOD. Sleek and VERY futuristic looking. An A+ in my book..don't pass this one up.
