Very easy to setup and use. I especially like the auto document feeder and it's ability to scan documents into multiple page .pdf documents.

Work on computers and see quite a few printers, hear the complaints... had my OWN complaints. This printer is the best I have had or even HEARD of. Zero problems. Very easy to use and install... copies, without need of computer help, are wonderful. Photos on photo paper are beautiful without hose little 'lines' when you look close. Most importantly - I have NEVER had to clean heads even ONCE to get it to print clearly (saves me ink, paper and time!) Bought mine when new at higher price than they arenow, but doesn't matter - I've used it PLENTY and still never a problem.
