The phone is inexpensive for a reason. The other two handsets have to continually be 'reset' by putting them in the main charger. They wont ring, nor can you answer them from those docking stations or anywhere in the house. I am trying to return mine as there is no purpose for having 3 handsets if only one works.

Teenagers in the house resulted in phones being left everywhere before we bought this one. We have had to reset different handsets occasionally. If the phone is dying, then you cannot pick up another one, but on the other hand, no one else can 'listen in' on private phone calls, either. We have had worse, but definitely have had better. We have yet to figure out all the options on the phone and have trouble with the volumes and ringers and how to turn them off/on. Don't know that I would buy again.

Hard time even answering incoming calls
Had to keep resetting the phones just to use them
