VIP ring tones: Assign your favorite ring tones to family and friends. Allows specific ring tone to be attached to specific number stored in memory. When that number calls, the selected ring tone is played.

you cant even read the caller id because the blue screen has light blue writting on it. when you talk into them it sounds like your talking into an empty can of beans odd tin buzzing sound in handset, you cant hear a thing the other party is saying to you, makes them sound like they are whispering. avoid at all costs, these phones suck. dont know about the durability because i have not gotten frustrated enough to throw them against the wall office space style, but im sure it will come to that.

Took back to the store for a full refund. The sound volume wasn't loud enough to hear . Ringer wasn't loud enough also. Poor quailty.
