Features
Mapping: This GPS receiver is pre-loaded with City Navigator NT version 7, which includes detailed maps of the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico. There are two views, overhead in three dimensions as well as the 2D map perspective.
Large display: The Garmin Nuvi 360 has a 3.5” diagonal, 320 x 240 pixel TFT screen with 64,000 colors so the display is clean and crisp at night and during the day. It is equipped with a touch screen so you can easily navigate the different menus, whether you are in the car or out and about.
Bluetooth capable: The nuvi 360 integrates wireless technology with a microphone and speaker that lets you make hands-free mobile phone calls. Simply dial numbers with the nüvi 360 touch screen keypad to call on a compatible Bluetooth phone.
Street-specific guidance: In addition to the visual reminders on the screen, the Nuvi 360 issues audible commands from the powerful built-in speaker. A text-to-speech feature means the unit will prompt you to “turn right on Main Street” instead of “turn right in 500 feet.”
Real-time traffic updates: With the optional traffic updates, your GPS unit can alert you to upcoming developments on the road near you, so that you can plan accordingly.
Phonebook: Along with hands-free calling, the 360 allows you to easily look-up and dial numbers from your personalized phone book or from your phone’s call history log.
Language guide: The Garmin Language Guide supports nine different languages, including English, French, German, Italian, Portugese and Spanish. The guide lets you look up and translate more than 20,000 words and phrases, a must for the savvy traveler.
Built-in lithium battery: The internal battery lasts between 4 and 8 hours and a 12V adapter is included for charging in your car.
