When we were in Italy in October we drank espresso all day long. I keep on saying 'Why can't we get expresso to taste like this in the US' well no we can.

I had this Espresso machine for a couple of months before it started leaking from the edges of coffee holder. Then a few days later it completely stopped working. I did everything according to the manual, but still $75 down the drain. Now, I can't get hold of their customer service because they NEVER answer their emails and their customer service number is ALWAYS busy (or drops calls if it ever connects).
