My wife enjoys using. It is a bit faster cooking with convection air. She has only used for a couple of weeks so cannot assess durability, yet. The door does quite warm in use and care should be taken when using. Overall, at this time, it is a good value.

I've had this machine for about 5 months now and it still works well. It features a large capacity of (I think) 0.9 cu ft, which is spacious enough to fit a frozen pizza. Our household uses the machine mainly for heating up frozen or cold food, and it serves this function nicely. I don't generaly use it to cook, however, because the temperature does not maintain at a constant, especially as more cook time elapses. The rotisserie motor is week and has troubles on the upswing for anything larger than 3.5lbs (a problem I never had with my previous counter top oven). Overall, though, I would say that I got my money's worth, because it was quite a cheap product. I wouldn't buy it again, but I don't regret buying it.
