This is a great disposable unit! This unit is also sold under the name Ultrex, for which you can buy the same model online for $99. If you need a part for it, such as a thermostat, forget about it. Parts are not available for these. They are simple to usethough!
Ours lasted about a year, but for $99, who cares. We are upgrading to a name brand model, even if we have to spend more. The ovens cook great when new. If you want this model, check online to save money, just plan on a replacement in about a year.

We had this convection oven (from QVC -under the name Ultrex) for over 2 years. It worked fine until the temperature control died and we find there is no way to get replacement parts. We are stuck with a dead unit and see that it is now being shopped around by Haier. Hope customers have better luck getting replacement parts from this company. (Ultrex has closed it's doors.)
