Very powerful great at crushing ice and blending fruit frozen or fresh. The noise level is extremely loud. Can't be used late at night or early in the morning, but one very important feature it is very easy to clean and keeps cold beverages nice and coldfor about 30 to45 minutes

Have used this model of the Hamilton Beach 'Wave Action' blender for temporary commercial use and found that it is very durable high powered makes the best frozen margaritas! Not to be used for continuous commercial use because it will eventually burn the motor out. Yet, for me, it is great for commercial back up just to show how one how 'strong' it is . I have had four. I learned the hard way that they are not for commerical use.

I am glad that I found it on the Circuit City website. I had been looking for it for a long time. Could not find it at the store where I had been shopping for it. I tried another model of the Hamiltong Beach line of blenders, but none come up to stats that way this blender does.
