Pricey but they work well

I listen to my MP3 player while working out on an eliptical machine and at home doing yard work and housework. After ruining several cords by accidentally pulling them during activity I decided to go cordless. I only listen to audio books or podcasts so Idon't know how these headphones would be with music.

Pros: They work well. The sound quality is just as good as corded headphones. The freedom from the cord makes a big difference! If you are doing some really wet or dirty job you don't even have to wearthe player - just stash it safely in some dry corner of the room. I have worn the headphones for 4 hours at a stretch doing a home renovation project and did not have any discomfort. They stay put without a problem and feel secure.

I've dropped the player twice with the transmitter on it and the player and transmitter still work.

Bonus benefit: My MacBook Pro laptop has really soft sound that makes it hard to hear some movies played on it from a few feet away. Plug the transmitter in to the Mac headphone jack, don the headphones, problem solved.

Cons:
- You have to remember to turn off both the headphones and the transmitter
- They last about 7 hours per charge and take a couple of hours to recharge. Need backup headphones
- The on/off buttons andvolume buttons are microscopic
- The transmitter is square and the connection with my round player is not tight so I have to use an elastic to hold it on. It comes with snap-on connectors for the iPod which would be more secure.

The Charge Cable is a pain. To charge both receiver and transmitter you have to have them right together. The thing Y's off giving you like less than 6' of cord. That gives you no chance of putting the transmitter on charge and into your device *In mycase the TV* and forgetting about it. Keep it where you can get to it so you can plug up the headphones when they need charged.
The sound is alright. Nothing to get you going WOW! But nothing to complain about. They seem durable enough. The biggest design flaw is the horseshoe band that PUSHES the ear peices against your head. The ear clips should keep them from falling off your ears, why the unnessary pressure against your ears? After your halfway through your movie, you want these things OFF! Yet again, another pair of headphones I'm disappointed in. For the price, they were... An acceptable loss.
