Very poor product. Very difficult to get to work with Windows XP. Instruction manual incomplete and technical support has little idea as to how to use product. If you connect 4 cameras the video quality decreases as you add each camera.

This is the worst electronic product I have ever purchased. It is totally useless for internet viewing. If you try to view from any secure internet site you won't connect and tech support is useless!!!! Also, watch out because it can crash Windows XP to an un-recoverable point. Good idea but a really bad product!
