Well, you get points wth these cards to download some of the excellent XBOX 360 Arcade games and game updates. GREAT service of XBOX Live, but a bit pricey at times. Most games are 800 points = $10. That clever Microsoft makes you think you are only spoending points instead of money. Still worth it in the long run though.

Under normal conditions, 1600 is only a good value... but getting it free with Gears purchase makes it an excellent value if you use the X-Box live features....
