Mr. Coffee 3-Quart Iced Tea Maker

Features

Make up to 3 quarts of cold, refreshing, iced tea or iced coffee in less than 10 minutes with the Mr. Coffee Iced Tea Maker. Just fill the unit's removable steeping basket with tea bags, loose tea, or coffee, add water to the reservoir and ice to the pitcher, push the power ''on'' button, and in about 5 to 10 minutes, a full pitcher of iced tea or iced coffee is brewed, chilled, and ready to serve. The iced tea maker's water-level indicator makes measuring easy, and when the brewing cycle is complete, the unit shuts off automatically. The appliance includes a durable plastic carafe with a comfortable handle and easy-pour spout.

tea maker is great, pitcher sucks!!!!!!!

I have had a total of three of these machines now and the only problem I have ever had is the pitcher cracking. It is make very cheap and does not last long at all. I have checked on a replacement pitcher, but it is half the price of the entire machine

I have purchased two Mr. Coffee iced tea makers for myself, the 2nd one because the spout of the pitcher broke on the 1st. Now the 2nd one has split and I have given two as gifts, my friends had the same proble. I like the ease of making tea in them andit seems exceptionally good, but definately not worth the price if you have to keep replacing them.

Original design: excellent in all respects
Walked away from purchasing the new product for a gift, as I picked it up from the shelf the lid fell off and rolled on the floor.

The concept of present model is not near as functional as the 'older one' I havebeen using for years!

Guess that is the answer, its lasts for years and doesn't generate sales!
