If you need a quick invoice or estimate, this works great. It goes a step further and tracks payments, invoicing, multiple companies input and much more. Reports included aged receivables, etc. I had used an old version of this software and was pleased until I upgraded to XP. This version works great with XP and vista though it did seem to hesitate when using Outlook Express simultaniously, but this may have been a fluke as I have not seen this problem reappear. This is the reason I dropped to Compatibility rating a notch.
