Couldn't get this to work with 3 different video capture software (Pinacle, Ulead, FreeDV). Connects fine to my external hard drive though.

I bought this card because the one I previously purchased from a competitor store didn't work at all. It crashed my computer several times in a few hour period and when I called customer support, they told me the product was fine. Thanks for nothing!

So the next morning I headed to Circuit City and found this one for HALF THE PRICE and it works perfectly. No problems whatsoever... just plug it in a start capturing. I use Studio 10 (Pinnacle) and Windows Movie Maker and this product helps me capturevideo in both programs.
I'm so thrilled to have found it. And the price is just a bonus!
