People trying to say this isnt for 1080p dont know what there talking about.

ALL hdmi cables are 1080p compatible. The only diffrence in cables is with length and how the signal maintains at those lengths. If your buying a short 3 foot cable or so cablewont matter get any cable. Longer cables you would want a high quality cable or a certified cable.

-As a retired Supervising/Chief Engineer at film & video studios I found the cable
to be well constructed and subjectivly equal or better than products offered at a much higher selling price.

Purchased an 8' for $50. End promptly fell off with the slightest bit of movement. Read a review in Popular Mechanics which stated that a digital signal either works or doesnt. Basic cables are OK. My cable installer said the same thing and gave me a setof their cables which have a heavier armor and they work great. Save your money!
