I live just on the outskirts of a pretty big town. Radio reception is always very lowsey. I had not had much luck with other power antennas, but figured I would try this one anyway. I am quite amazed. I pick up quite a few stations as far away as NYC. Ithas plenty of cord so you can put it near a window. Very easy to hook up.

This unit was out performed by the wire antenna that came with the receiver. It will be returned.

I live about 30 minutes south of the transmitters and was getting no reception at all. I use it mainly for AM and it works great. I couldn't get any AM channels before hooking it up and now all of them come in great.
