Nintendo DS Lite - Cobalt Blue/Black

Nintendo DS Lite: The Nintendo DS Lite is less than two-thirds the size of the original DS and more than 20 percent lighter. The stylus is 1 centimeter longer and 1 millimeter thicker than the original stylus and slides into a storage slot. A removable cover keeps the cartridge slot clear from dust and debris when it's not in use. The Start and Select buttons have been repositioned for easier access.

Pick your screen: Two screens offer two perspectives on the action at once. The screens can be adjusted to four levels to adapt to different lighting conditions and extend battery power.

Feel your way through the game: The touch screen makes accessing items, moving characters or navigating menus as easy as a tap or drag on the screen.

Talk nicely to your DS: Voice recognition lets players simply tell the game what they want it to do. Chat software will let users transmit text messages, handwriting and even drawings to one another. The microphone sits in the center of the unit, and the LED lights are clearly visible - even when DS Lite is closed.

Wireless communication: Wireless functions can link players in the same room - or across the country.

Is really fun with great games. So many cool ways to use the touch screen. Not EXTREMELY durable but if you drop it on your carpet it wont break (unless you THROW it at your carpet) It really isnt that costly compared to some other systems, and its portable. This is a really cool color scheme.

I've never had a DS but have played on one. It's awesome from so many options and games, I never had gotten board of one! I extemly cosider one of these for everybody! There are also games of all ratings. Just choose you color, find some games you'd like,and, you're on your way. The thing I like most about it is that if you want to, you can hook it up to 4 others and play on it and it is handheld and portable unlike most gaming systems such as gamecube, N64, ect. I really rocommend a NDS for everyone!
