Went on sale a week after purchase. Took a long time to get refund.
The phones were easy to set up. It took a little bit to adjust to the new ringtone. The only major problem I have is when a customer's on hold, there's silence. I would have liked toadd the options of music or message.

I purchased the KX-TS4300B first to see how works. It Works great! much better that AT&T. We are using 4 lines for Business Application. We only need one answer machine. Then we decide to purchase a second one KX-TS4100B to use for second extension and use the intercom to transfer calls. In the first time the intercom did not work together with these two different models. Called Tech Support and she mention that those two Phone needs to be the same model. Then after a few setting changes, I was instructedto send it back for repair. I did not trust Tech Support Acknowledge, and I decide to test these two models side by side.
I found for the intercom to work, Line 1 should be connected from Phone 1 to 2. I just to have Phone 1, Line 1 for Private Line. Line 2 from Phone 1 to 2.
We do not need Called ID, that is why I decide to get the 4100B model. If you need Caller ID you may want to get the 4200B
Now, I am planning to purchase two more 4100B to complete our phone system for all different extensions

this phone has no caller ID, today a phone without caller ID is not a phone, it is a dinasore
