Voice recognition: The Parrot MINIKIT is designed to simplify calling with your mobile phone with up to 150 user defined voicetags. It uses its own voice recognition feature, not the phone's, so you don’t have to touch your phone while driving.

Portable: When driving, simply clip it to your vehicle’s sun visor. At your destination, it can easily be slipped into your pocket thanks to its small size and lightweight design.

This is a wonderful addition to a bluetooth phone. All of my calls are crystal clear. Volume is very good and loud. I drive truck for a living in California and the handsfree law starts in 2008. The wind noise from my truck doesn`t distort the clarity at all. Everyone that I talk to is crystal clear and they say that I am to. It sure beats keeping a device in my ear 14 hours a day. I also love the fact that I can switch the device so easily from vehicle to vehicle. The talk time and standby time is outstanding and so is the voice recognition. I recommend this to everyone. If you purchase it you will be very glad you did. I hope this helps.

I love the unit, but it doesn't agree with the firmware of my Palm Treo 755p. It beeps and turns the phone automaticly on every 30 seconds. Neither Parrott nor Palm offers a fix. It's really a shame as this unit beats any in-ear bluetooth headset I have tried

California went 'hands free' and this fits the bill. Some problems with voice recognition, but not sure if it's the phone or the Parrot. Otherwise, excellent reception. Calling my husband, he says it's much clearer than the very expensive bluetooth ourson has.
