great quality speaker for the price

When purchasing speakers there are two important features that I pay attention to. (1) get enough wattage rating to be able to get the full system sound and (2) make installation as easy as possible. These speakers are 150 watts and are a breeze to install with the templates and rotating screw legs. I had to replace 6 ceiling speakers and these cost a little more than some I purchased, but difinitely are the most quality constructed.

So I read all the comments, 'great buy for the money'. I'm thinking lower cost, lower quality so let's take a chance. WOW!!! I currently have a Bose lifestyle 'cube' surround system and moving from this house, so the speakers stay. I needed somethingfor the new home and wanted 'in-ceiling'. When I received these, I disconnected one of the Bose speakers (left rear) connected the Phx Gold. What incredible sound. Slightly less bass than Bose, but very comparable and MUCH cheaper. Bought 4, for the front and rear sound in the family room. Looking to get more for the media (7.1) and other places in the house.

Like the tweeter that can be moved, not avail in the 6'.
