Pioneer 6-1/2" 2-Way Speakers

Our TS-G1642R two-way speakers handle 160 watts max. power and feature Pioneer’s extremely strong and lightweight IMPP™ Composite Cone Woofer, for improved sensitivity and reduced distortion. The High-Energy Neodymium Magnet and Aramid Fiber Damper deliver higher power handling and deeper bass, and the 1-3/16” Balanced Dome Tweeter reproduces highs with excellent accuracy and musicality. The TS-G1642R’s offer a perfect fit and sound quality to match.

These speakers are designed with a shallow mounting depth for easy install into a wide variety of vehicles. Speaker Grilles are included.

I replaced the OEM speakers in my sound bar on my Jeep Wrangler with these 6.5' speakers and it made a marked difference in the sound quality.

I bought these to replace my Impalas factory speakers, and installed them myself. Overall they arent bad, the highs and mids are great, the bass isnt much but thats why I have subs. The soundquality is very good not scratchy and even at high volumes I have no distortion. I have an aftermarket sony deck and I have to turn the mids and highs down and it still sounds great.
