I ordered this headset for my mother because she is unable to lift either of her arms due to an injury. She loves it. It plugged right into the headphone jack on her cordless telephone. The day she received it, she plugged it in and called me from it. Ithas really given her a big piece of independence back. A great value for the price!

Didn't think such an affordable headset would work so well. In just starting a home business I didn't have a lot of start-up cash, I was hoping to get a headset that would deliver good sound (incoming and outgoing) for a decent price -- and I did. Consider your money well spent when you buy this item. The only personal concern for me was the inability to adjust the headpiece that goes over the top of your head...I have a larger than average head size and although the piece has not fallen off when I wearit, it leaves me feeling like it is going to slide off...but as I stated, it doesn't slide off just leaves me with the feeling it might.
