The design of this headset, where the small, hard earpiecs has to stick into your ear, is very uncomfortable. I use it for a 1-hour conference call, and half way through my ear is hurting. I can't imagine having to use this every day for hours in a row.

Purchased this from the store, tried it in the parking lot and returned it withing 15 mins. The problem I returned it for was echo. Not on my end ... that was good, but the callers I talked to all had varying levels of echo on their side of the conversation. Adjusting the boom mic helped but didn't eliminate. The primary reason I wanted this was to use with my laptop and Skype. The adaptor that comes with it takes up more room than the headset. IT'S HUGE. Defeats the purpose of trying to keep everything compact for travel. Have ordered a Plantronics Audio 450 and keeping my fingers crossed it will better meet my needs. I'd file this unit under ... nice idea but falls short of expectaion.
