I have been waiting for a DECT 2-line phone to be available for use in my home office. Overall, I like the phone but have a few issues with it.

PROS:
*Attractive, handset is lightweight
*Very Good sound quality on the other end
*Excellent Range (can walk throughout the house)
*Good speakerphone and sound quality is good with headset
*Caller ID works well

CONS/Annoyances:
*Can't get voicemail notification feature to work (a light is supposed to illuminate when I have a voice mail, but does not)
*Earpiece on handset has a loud buzz and sometimes the volume is too low even when on Vol 5 (I think it's the handset, because I don't get the buzz when on speakerphone or use my headset)
*Can't use speed dial on base to make calls on handset
*The manual is relatively minimal, so I don't know if any of my CONS here are user error rather than a problem with the phone
*No battery backup, so at least the time and date are lost if you lose power (I don't want to find out if my phone directory would also be lost!)

Overall I like the phone setup, but haven't decided if I will return it or not because of the problem with the handset's ear speaker, which may just be a problem with my particular unit. Again, sound quality is very good if I use the speakerphone or a headset plugged into the handset or base.

This is the only 2 line DECT 6.0 system currently available, and it was worth waiting for.

Handset range is at least 100 feet from the base with perfect clarity.
Adding additional handsets is easy and each is independently programmable.
Set up is a snap,and the instruction manual is adequate.
The voicemail notification works perfectly along with all of the features advertised.

Go for it!!!
