I had difficulty down loading songs on to the iPod. So I called iPod directly. They told me the iPod was no longer under warranty, and that it had expired over 524 days. The iPod was also registered under someone else's name. IPod refused to help and saidthey could only email me information.

I had to return this ipod and buy a new one. I could never get this ipod to conect to my computer. After trying to do it for about 4 hours, i finally just returned it and bought a new one. dont waste your money, buy new.....

I had this iPod for 4 happy months. Unfortunately, there came a day when i noticed that it stopped playing music, the basic, sole purpose of the device. When i turned it on and selected a song, it simply made a horrific static sound and the song timer stopped ticking. So, despite the short term relief that came from throwing this device on hardwood floors, my iPod never sang again. I do not recommend this ipod to anyone, its only real luxury is it's name: it fails to own up to over-exaggerated expectations. :(
