The SanDisk Ultra II series has one of the fastest write speeds of all CF cards.

If you're shooting the highest quality pictures, you're shooting RAW files. RAW Files are Larger, and you need the space - you also need the speed so you can continually shoot files and never fill your buffer.

If you aren't concerned about how fast you can write files to your camera, or how fast you can download them to your computer, then get any old 1 Gig CF Card. But if you want speed, this is the card for you.
