Do Not Waste Your Time or Money....

Decent picture and functionality in browse mode, but we could not get slide show to work correctly. Online and Phone support was a joke. Went through two of this before going to the 7' HP frame. It works perfect and we saved $10.00. Circuit City was extremely easy to deal with.

If this was a computer, a PDA, or a cell phone, I'd not be that happy with the ease of use. However, as a frame that you program from time to time or plug in a memory chip, it's fine. The picture quality is very good and the options are adequate. I have not used the video or MP3 functions, but the picture is great for photos.

I bought one of these for a Christmas present for my wife. I could not access the internal memory and the remote didn't work. I exchanged it for another one and ir worked for about 30 minutes. I exchanged it for an HP frame that worked perfectly right outof the box.
Circuit City was great. They exchanged it without any problems. They said they have experienced problems with this particular model of frame.
Bottom line - If it was free, it wouldn't be worth the hassle
