Remember people, we're talking about an $80.00 sub here. That's what I chose to grade it on. For $80.00 dollars it gave me everything I wanted. I used the in and out speaker connections for this sub, connected it to a very basic system in my basement,did a little tweaking and I was very surprised at the output from it. When I crank up the system, it puts out more than enough base and at low volumn, it has that nice thump that goes along with what your watching, or listening to. Really, for the price, I don't see how anyone can complain about it.

A Sony Sub in this price range. What more could you ask for, a name brand, good quality sub with very responsive base output in a nice looking box. I would recommend this to anyone not looking for a top of the line expensive audiophile type sub woofer.
