Didn't cool my apartment

This air conditioner would not even cool a 150 sq. foot room in my home. The vent is very small and the fan is not that strong. Also, the water drain is very awkward. I had to roll it outside and drain it on the ground.

Unit cools adequately. It is relatively quiet, although every 30 seconds it makes a sound like it's going on high for a brief moment then stops. Loud thermostat? I can't figure out what it is. Very pleased with the design and remote control. As oppossedto connecting the remote control bracket to a wall with screws (screw holes are drilled into the bracket), I cut a velcro piece and stuck in on my nightstand. Overall nice unit for the money.
