I bought this model for my office and it lasted only 5 days before it stopped working. All the lights worked and the turntable spun and it looked like it was working, but it never made anything hot.

I bought this because I didnt have a microwave and needed one for my new house. I have a small kitchen, and wanted something not to bulky that would fit on a small counter.

Its nice and simple to operate, and the beep on it is loud so I can hear it very well when im upstairs.
