I bought this microwave on line. This was my first electronic purchase without acutally seeing it in the store. It was well packaged. Safe. Nothing was broken when it came. It did not take too long to get to me either. I found it pretty easy to operate. I find it really humurous the way I can set it to give me different musical cues when my item is done. It has a great deal of power. This is good for me too. I dont have to keep warming items up longer. I am very pleased with my purchase. The cost was reasonable as well.

I received this product as a gift for Christmas from my daughter. It worked well for two days. After that, I had problems getting it to turn on and off. Now it will not turn off. We took it back to Circuit City and of course they said they had a thirty day return policy. It was purchased on Dec. 21, 2007. We tried to return it on January 26, 2008, barely a month after purchased. We now have to go through the manufacturer. I do not understand the reason for the thirty day return policy.
