TeleEmergency CV200 All-In-One Telephone

Features

All-in-one telephone: The TeleEmergency all-in-one telephone has an adjustable amplified handset with tone controls.  It features the patented Emergency Help System. With a press of the button, it automatically activates the speakerphone, and Clearvoice calls up to 10 entered emergency numbers from the phone directory in sequence, sending to each called number the emergency message (pre-recorded or user recordable). All called parties can speak/listen to the caller.

Wireless pendant: The phone comes with one CV112 dual function wireless pendant to activate Emergency Help System up to 80-feet away for those concerned with falling. It can also be used to turn on the speakerphone remotely and speak/listen to caller up to 20-feet away.

Call-waiting caller ID: You’ll know who’s calling even if you’re on the phone. See the name and number of the caller. Also, hear who is calling with talking caller ID feature. This phone also stores up to 64 caller ID names/numbers.

Speakerphone: Communicate hands-free with the included speakerphone.

Phone display: The LCD display has large characters and there are big, talking keypad buttons.

Other features: Additional features include an adjustable loud ringer, a 30 name and phone directory book, a talking phone book, hearing aid compatibility, unanswered call alert, battery backup, a real-time clock and voice guide.

Note: Requires 4 AAA batteries; not included.

We bought this unit after unsuccessfully attempting to use another product by this same manufacturer.It is for my 101 year old Mom who declairs it is for our benefit not hers but we have it working just the same.While it is a little complicated to program,(it IS after all, a complicated piece of equipment) it works as advertised. It has many great features. Some we shall never use but never the less they are there should they be needed. One feature that appealed to me was that it is a self contained unitand does not have to be programed through another phone. This is an excellent buy,we are pleased with the unit. The unit was shipped the next day after placing of the order and arrived within four days with no damage. I really can't give a realistic evaluation to the question of Durability (above) as we have had it only about 30 days. So far so good.
