Features

Heavy duty competition-series amp kit: Give your amplifier the best wiring possible for peak performance.

Hardware: Includes all the hardware you need to safely wire your amplifier with 0-gauge power and ground wire, 4-gauge power and ground wire and 18 gauge primary wire.
Also includes an ANL fuse holder with 250-amp fuse, a heavy duty mini ANL power and ground power distribution block, and a compression fitting style grounding bloc. Split loom, wire ties and terminals provide a clean, secure connection between your amplifier and battery.

Compatibility: Designed to be used to install two amplifiers with a wattage rating up to 4000 watts.

First of all, I want to point out a false statement made by another reviewer.

Myth: A capacitor is needed to make a noticeable difference.

Fact: The effectiveness of a power cable lies in its resistance (measured in ohms) and current capacity. The larger the wire, the less resistance and higher current capacity it has which is good but not always necessary. If you have a 300 watt amp and are needing roughly 8 feet of power cable, an 8 gauge power kit would be fine. If you upgrade to a 0 guage kit,you will not see any benefit at all.

On the other hand, if you have a 2000 watt amp and use an 8 guage kit, the amp will be draw more current than the power cable can handle which would cause poor performance as well as a fire hazard.

Capacitors are only helpful if your electrical system is sufficient to run your system in the first place. If your amps draw more current than your car's alternator can supply, adding a capacitor will only make the problem worse. If you are having power supply issues, the correct fix is to upgrade all power cables, then upgrade the alternator is necessary. The proper purpose of a capacitor is to stabalize voltage drops, not to cure power supply problems.

With that said, this amp kit is suitable for high powered systems but you have to be sure your car's electrical system is able to operate your high powered amps. This Tsunami kit is made of high quality materials and will handle the current it is advertised for.

For the price, this kit is great. I purchased 0 gauge wire about 4 years ago and 16' of power ran me 220 bucks. This kit gives you the power wire, ground, fuse holders (mine was $50 alone), and more for the same price range.

But I also must point out that the reviewer before me that pointed out that you should only add a cap to compensate for voltage flucuation, and not to fix a problem like lack of power in your electrical system is correct.
