Extra handset: This phone bundle includes an extra handset with a dock.

Digital answering system: Record messages without the hassle of tapes. Messages can be retrieved remotely from any touch-tone phone.

Expandable: Keep a phone in any room—extra handsets don't require a phone jack. This base unit supports a total of ten handsets—add up to eight more handsets for a complete set.

Call-waiting caller ID: Find out who's calling, even if you're on the other line. Requires phone company service.

Selectable ring tones: Customize the sound of your phone by choosing from 20 distinctive ring options.

Base keypad: Make calls directly from the base of this phone, with or without the handset, using the built-in keypad.

Speakerphones: The handsets include built-in speakerphones, so you can enjoy hands-free access anywhere in your house.

Headset-compatible: Keep your hands free while you answer the phone. Headset sold separately.

Conference calling: Enjoy the capability of four-way conference calling. The base, two handsets (extra sold separately) and an outside caller can all share in the conversation.

I love the phone and all its' wonderful features! I live in a very large house and it's difficult to communicate (yelling doesn't cut it). I love the intercom feature and it's very easy to use. you can also use it transfer calls. When I'm working in my office on the 3rd floor, I can answer a call, then put the caller on hold, intercom to my wife on the 1st floor to tell her who's calling, then she can decide if she wants to talk or not...without leaving the comfort of my office chair. The answeringmachine is well integrated into all phones. When the caller is leaving a new message, any phone has the capability to hear the incoming message (screening feature). Messages can be retrieved from any handset or from the base. i could go on and on. I love this phone!

This phone is great...i love being able to intercom my kids instead of yelling upstairs, my kids each have a phone and can store their own friends numbers, etc.

The phone it self is good the sound is good .
the only thing i do not like is it dont ring load even if you put the ringer on high and it hard to find , if phone is of the hook and you beep it it very low and hard to find phone.
