Bought this set as a replacement for a higher-end Uniden set for VOIP. Regretted not shelling out for a better set since day 1. Connection is spotty, the microphone pick-up often inexplicably fails, sometimes it recognizes the headset in the jack, sometimes not. The phone is ludicrously chunky in this day of slim cell phones. It's like the 80s. Truly the worst part is that the phones are not reliably bad, only enough to infuriate. I'd love to return it, but I lost my receipt. Please pony up for a better set of phones than these alternatively, I'll give you mine.
