I've had it for about a week only, but it is anexcellent drive. I've sync'ed two laptops with the WDSYNC software included, it's very intuitive and you can select to automatically back up My Documents, your IE (or any other major web browser) favorites and the data from your mail email program. And 320 GB is quite a lot of space for a protable, USB powered drive. It looks very stylish, although the feeling is a little bit, let's say, plastic but on the plus side, it also means that is lighter than othersturdier drives.

I bought it on sale for the same price as the 250 gig one. It's easy to use. You do not need to use the software that comes all ready install on the hard drive unless you what to use the security software.
